1. Scope & Provider

1.1 These Terms & Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts between Valmento Commercial Brokers LLC,
Deira, Oud Al Muteena 3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates,
Email: info@valment-store.com,
(hereinafter referred to as "Seller" or "we")
and you as the buyer via our online store.

1.2 By placing an order, you agree to these T&C.

2. Contract Conclusion

2.1 The product listings in our online store are non-binding offers.

2.2 By clicking the “Buy” button, you place a binding order.

2.3 The purchase contract is only concluded when we send a separate order confirmation or shipping confirmation.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 Prices are displayed in EUR (€) or USD ($) and do not include VAT.

3.2 Payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer (for selected countries)
  • Cryptocurrencies (on request)

3.3 Full payment must be made before shipment.

4. Shipping Terms

4.1 Delivery times:

  • Europe: 5 – 10 business days
  • UAE: 2 – 5 business days
  • USA & Canada: 7 – 14 business days
  • Asia & Rest of the World: 10 – 20 business days

4.2 The buyer is responsible for customs duties & import taxes.

5. No Right of Withdrawal & Returns

5.1 No withdrawal right:
Orders are final and cannot be canceled or returned due to UAE export regulations.

6. Warranty & Liability

6.1 No EU warranty applies due to our Dubai registration.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

9.1 UAE law applies, and the place of jurisdiction is Dubai.
